Yes, we do! You can submit as many readings and questions as you’d like–having a personal intuitive adviser is the benefit of being a Sibyl member. You’re only limited by how fast we can process your readings.
For standard readings, we typically turn them around in 1-2 business days. For rush turnaround readings, we turn them around ASAP (often within 15-30 minutes, even on nights and weekends)!
We’re not a live chat service, because it takes a significant amount of time to attune to you, pull your cards, photograph your reading, and write a detailed, multi-paragraph writeup that you get to keep and reference back to, forever! We believe in quality over quantity, and that’s why our clients come back to us month after month.
If you need your reading faster than our standard turnaround time of 1-2 business days, we do have a rush turnaround option. You’ll get a response often in 15-30 minutes, even on nights and on weekends!
Just check Rush Turnaround on new request threads, or message us in an existing thread with Respond to Me First checked and you’ll automatically be placed first in line for a response!
After you become a Sibyl member, we will ask you to fill out a detailed profile about yourself. This includes information like your star sign, location, and Tarot preferences. In order to have online personalized readings, it is incredibly important for us to attune to your individual energy, so know that you’ll get as much out of it as you put in!
We are strong believers in adhering to our Tarot Ethics Policy. We will not read on behalf of someone other than yourself, because we will not read on someone’s energy without their express permission. We will not participate in anything we deem emotional manipulation. We will not read on specific health, legal, or financial questions. We are not medical, legal, or financial professionals. As such, our readings do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
Your readings are 100% confidential, because your trust is sacred to us. We understand that our members entrust us with some of their most personal information, and we will never share that with anyone else!
We recommend that you do not do this, and instead meditate on the first answer that the Tarot has given. Sometimes, the answer you want to hear is not the answer that you need to hear right now. However, you’re welcome to ask different questions about the same situation, especially if that would provide you with more insight!
The Tarot is a deck of 78 cards, each with their own meaning, imagery, and story. The deck is split into the Major Arcana (22 cards representing life’s karmic and spiritual lessons) and the Minor Arcana (56 cards representing the blessings and challenges we face on a daily basis). Every spiritual lesson we meet in our lives can be found in the seventy-eight Tarot cards.
Traditionally, the Tarot has been used as a divination tool, helping people get in touch with their inner wisdom. When we consult the Tarot, we are met with the insights, advice, and wisdom needed to live an inspired life.
The Tarot presents you with the truth of a situation right now. It shows you the different paths a situation can go down, and it may even tell you what is likely to happen. That being said, the future is not set in stone, so Tarot is not “predictive” in that sense. Tarot gives you advice and empowers you to make the best decision for yourself, but the choice to shape your future is ultimately in your hands.
There are no “good” or “bad” Tarot cards. Every card has positive and negative elements. Every card is nuanced. For example, Death has a bad reputation (and is often featured in B-horror movies), but we find it an incredibly positive card because it signifies change, rebirth, and growth. In that instance, we’d ask you to think not about potential loss, but what you have to gain from a fresh slate.

Aside from the steep learning curve that comes with knowing the ins and outs of 78 cards (156 with reversals!), it just comes down to this: it’s difficult for us to see ourselves clearly. It’s always easier to have someone else read for you, rather than reading for yourself. When it’s hard for you to be objective–especially if there’s a specific outcome you want–a third party can help you hear the advice and truth that you need to hear. By the way, our own Tarot readers are no exception to this rule–most of them have someone else read their personal questions.
After creating an account, you will be logged in and prompted to fill out our detailed profile questionnaire. This helps us get to know you–to ensure accurate and personalized readings, we need to attune to your individual energy. Once you’ve filled this out, you’ll be able to submit a reading request.
Once you’re logged in, you can click “Submit a Reading Request.” Here, you’ll be prompted with a few questions about your reading. Once you click submit, we will receive it on our end. You’ll be notified as soon as your reading has been completed!
To ensure that we are attuned to your individual energy for accurate readings, we do not allow account sharing. Each account has only one detailed profile questionnaire attached to it. Additionally, we take our members’ confidentiality very seriously, and account sharing would compromise your privacy.
We are unable to read requests on behalf of someone else without their express permission, as that violates our Tarot Ethics Policy. To verify that they are actually requesting on behalf of themselves, they will need to sign up for their own account.
